Previous webinar: Recruiting Women Returners

There are an estimated 500,000 highly qualified, experienced professional women in the UK seeking to return to their careers after a break to have children. A significant proportion of these women are over-looked or excluded from the traditional corporate recruitment process due to out of date skills, lack of confidence or barriers in the recruitment process. Progressive employers are designing recruitment programmes tailored to the Returner community that successfully fill critical skills gaps and address the pipeline of senior female talent.

In this 45 minute webinar diversity recruitment expert Sara Hill will provide us with insights into:

- The marketplace for Returners and the barriers to re-entry
- Example programmes and recruitment strategies
- The critical factors for success.
